James K. We have had a problem, cold air, with our propane fireplace others have failed to fix. Kalins sent Jeremy out to evaluate our problem. He discovered the orginal instalation ( not by Kalins) of the wind shield was upside down and correct that. He also made a couple of other corrections or suggestions for our use. No charge! We will follow up to see if that corrected the problem. If not Jeremy has additional steps we can take. Jeremy is great; knowledgeable, detailed, effective and very nice to deal with. Larry J. We took advantage of Kalins $99.00 furnace maintenance offer this year and they sent Bill out to do the job. We have a Heil furnace that was installed in 2013 by an independent contractor. Bill knew what needed to be checked and found two capacitors that were at risk of failure. He replaced the parts and cleaned up the furnace. We will purchase one of Kalins yearly maintenance plans to keep the furnace and AC running smoothly.

James K. We have had a problem, cold air, with our propane fireplace others have failed to fix. Kalins sent Jeremy out to evaluate our problem. He discovered the orginal instalation ( not by Kalins) of the wind shield was upside down and correct that. He also made a couple of other corrections or suggestions for our use. No charge! We will follow up to see if that corrected the problem. If not Jeremy has additional steps we can take. Jeremy is great; knowledgeable, detailed, effective and very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend Kalins.

Larry J. We took advantage of Kalins $99.00 furnace maintenance offer this year and they sent Bill out to do the job. We have a Heil furnace that was installed in 2013 by an independent contractor. Bill knew what needed to be checked and found two capacitors that were at risk of failure. He replaced the parts and cleaned up the furnace. We will purchase one of Kalins yearly maintenance plans to keep the furnace and AC running smoothly.
