I woke up to a cold house New Years Day. Furnice was not running. Called Kalins and Mikah Nettelton arrived shortly after, like 25-30 minutes. He is a nice young man, professional and respectful. He even wore shoe coverings after I said he didn't need to. He did it because it's company policy, so he can be trusted to do the right thing even when not supervised. Mikah checked the system over and got it running quickly. Yeah..heat! He was thourough with explaining the charges and offered plans to save money with future repairs. I am one satisfied customer. Mikah did a great job with servicing my gas fireplace! He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered questions that I had about the fireplace unit, as well. I highly recommend this service technician!
I called because our system sent us an email. Saying the ignition was having trouble lighting & Kalins sent Aaron out 1st thing Wednesday morning. Aaron called ahead to let us know he would be arriving soon. He was very friendly & professional, even putting on the shoe protectors😊 He explained everything well & even helped us understand our H/AC system better (it was installed before we bought the home) I signed up for their maintenance plan.
