Trevor listened to my description of our heat pump’s sounds and did a THOROUGH review of it physically and also went over the computer ‘trouble log’ connected to the thermostat ( can you call those minicomputers we use to set our temps/times with ‘thermostats’ anymore? ). After finding no issues with the heat pump, he tried to figure out the compression issue messages that occurred repeatedly- narrowed our problem down 4 dogs that shed and living on country roads and farmland…the filter I changed 4-6 weeks ago was thick with all that air can carry . Now looking to experiment with weekly checks on the filter to see how fast it really ‘gunks’ up. THANK YOU for your diligence and super kindness , putting up with all the voca, four legged ‘helpers’!

Kristin J. Trevor listened to my description of our heat pump’s sounds and did a THOROUGH review of it physically and also went over the computer ‘trouble log’ connected to the thermostat ( can you call those minicomputers we use to set our temps/times with ‘thermostats’ anymore? ). After finding no issues with the heat pump, he tried to figure out the compression issue messages that occurred repeatedly- narrowed our problem down 4 dogs that shed and living on country roads and farmland…the filter I changed 4-6 weeks ago was thick with all that air can carry . Now looking to experiment with weekly checks on the filter to see how fast it really ‘gunks’ up. THANK YOU for your diligence and super kindness , putting up with all the voca, four legged ‘helpers’!
