Kalins tech Bill, that came out to help us figure out what why our AC unit was freezing up was amazing, honest, polite & very thorough. He explained everything to myself to where I understood what the issues were ( because there were a few ) then at the end he explained everything again to my husband when we called him because he was at work. He gave us his honest opinion. Told us what all of our options were. He let us know they could do what we had originally called them to come out to do but that wouldn't be fixing the problem.
