Ac went out , hottest week we needed it. Jeremy came out gave us options very helpful and super nice. Ac was being installed the guys noticed heat exchanger was cracked. Got Jeremy back out he had already contacted Lennox and found out we were still in warranty, and even got to add the final labor charge to the finance tbat we got with the ac unit. Beyond happy how we got the best service with the best team in town.

Jeremy V did a great job with my install from last month. There was some trickiness with the install in my home and they got it to work. This has been over a month and my Lennox system is noticeably quieter than the Goodman I previously had. Also, the new thermostat they installed is sweet. They got it linked with my Ring Door Cam.
