My wife and I had Kalins install a new gas fireplace, something we’ve always wanted. The installation was absolutely flawless from beginning to end and are so happy with our purchase. Unexpectedly shortly thereafter, our 30-year-old furnace failed and had Kalins install a new modulating furnace with variable speed condensing unit. As with the fireplace, the installation from start to finish was flawless. The installation crews on both projects were so very meticulous and awesome and would highly recommend them again. Kalins will probably not be the least expensive, however when taking into consideration the installation crews as well as upcoming service, they are second to none. Thanks to Jeremy Stevens their sales rep. He walked us through the entire process and never said anything they could not back up.Thanks to all!!

If I could give Kalin’s 10 stars, I would! We woke up on a 6-degree morning to find our thermostat was not working. Our house was freezing - even our pets were cold. I called Kalin’s at 8:10 am and had a lovely conversation with the wonderful person who answered the phone. She was friendly, helpful and all around great to talk to. She assured me Kalin’s would take care of me. They did. And then some. I received a call from their dispatcher, Al, 20 minutes later, and was assured of a 2-3 p.m. visit from a technician. Wonderful! Guess what? 40 minutes later, Bill had an opening and showed up and assessed, and fixed the problem. These guys are AMAZING! Jeremy, a Comfort Specialist, came over at noon to give us an estimate on a whole system revamp, which is badly needed in our old house. OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
